Symptoms before bfp.

Fatigue. Headaches. Mood swings. Sensitivity to certain tastes or smells. The problem is that most of them are also PMS symptoms, caused by higher levels of progesterone after ovulation. That last one (sensitivity to tastes or smells) isn’t really a common PMS symptom, but it’s so subjective that it’s not a reliable sign.I’m 4w5d and I’ve been dry since the day after O. I got my BFP 9DPO and I’m still dry as we speak. I’ve noticed some EWCM here and there but dry/sticky cm for the most part. DPO 1 - 3 zero symptoms. Nothing. DPO 4 - 5 constipation/bloating. Some cramps (when I describe 'cramps' they don't feel like AF to me - the cramps I have experienced during this pregnancy are lower and sort of stretch across my pubic bone). Constipation/bloating has continued.

I had no symptoms before bfp. I just assumed af would turn up as id given up looking. Only relised i was late coz i wanted to work out af for holiday! Tested and got bfp. Never really got any symptoms of pregnancy untill about 8 weeks when morning sickness and tiredness kicked in. Good luck hope its your month!

But when I got my bfp the cm came back right away: started watery and then turned thick and glue-like.

OP- yes a sore throat can happen in pregnancy due to the hormones that make you more mucus-y and inflamed overall. I got my BFP over the weekend and I checked my symptoms and on 7dpo and 8dpo I woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose! Went away after an hour or so of being awake. Good luck .

Well their advice is right haha, symptom spotting is completely useless because it varies so much and because PMS symptoms are basically identical to pregnancy symptoms. The first time we were trying, the cycle before the one where we conceived I had nausea, fatigue, food aversions, spotting around implantation time, sore boobs.
