Character Builds. Using the console commands I'm able to add different effects to armor and weapons. However sometimes I can add two and sometimes I can add three. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to this. I can spawn (player.additem) the exact same piece of gear (weapon or armor) and then add the effects (ITEMID.amod EFFECTID).
