Vuhdo as its the only addon with accurate incoming healing prediction, grid comes next or just any unit frames really and then healbot. U can make do with all of them but Vuhdo slightly edges out. to ve fair CompactRaidFrames is also pretty good out of the box but Grid optimized is umbeatable.I would recommend not using healbot or any addons similar to healbot.
