Jan 13, 2014 · Thanks for the information. There's a bulletin, PIE0269, for the ATS, XTS, SRX, and CTS, for memory/power seat issues. It instructs dealers to contact engineers listed in a bulletin before replacing any components. Jan 17, 2017 · 2014 3.6 timing chain issues. Just found out that my 2014 CTS is going to need a timing chain at just over 70,000 miles. The dealer is tell me that they will pick up 60% of the cost. This doesn't work for me given the issues that they have had inn the past. Will update when I find out more.

Coolant needs to be changed every 5 years or 150k miles, whichever comes first, using a 50/50 mix of DexCool coolant and distilled water.
