Most 5.56 spec ammo has flash retardant in the powder. Lake City 5.56 is pretty good, Winchester Q131 is about as good, and most specialty defense ammo like TAP and Black Hills are very good as well. If you’re concerned about flash signature, avoid anything from PMC and some of the Eastern European surplus stuff out there.
