I haven't fired my upper yet--still waiting for the tax stamp. I am collecting OEM parts for my build, and spares to "feed the beast" over a theoretical 60k round lifespan. 2. Vltor A5 stock (works great on 10" Hk upper w/ suppressor) traditionally uses a rifle spring, not carbine, which would be the Springco green spring. If the HK416 Slim line stock has a mil-spec diameter, it will work. I would use the Vltor A5 tube, with a rifle length spring (springco green)and the A5 buffer. It makes for a smooth shooting HK416.
