It depends on how deep into the holster the gun sits. Look at your 43 in your current holsters to judge if the wider grip will be an issue. Also assuming it's Kydex, you can judge if a bit of heating with a hair dryer and reshaping a bit will work. I do think you will find you can make it work - stuffing a 43X into a 43 holster.
