I took it to an outside private range a couple of weeks ago and it seems to function just as you would expect it to. I find that the 21 has a little heavier trigger pull than the 30, which may be a characteristic of this gun only. However, I find them both about equally accurate. I do most of my dryfiring with the 21 because of the heavier trigger pull.

The 30S has the SF frame. The SF, regular and Gen4 frames are the same width. The grip, front to back, is shorter on the SF and Gen4 models than on the regular G30. The 30SF/36 hybrid is dimensionally almost identical to the G19, and it actually fits perfectly in the same Crossbreed holster. If you were to take the G19 and throw on a slide that was as blocky as the standard G30 slide, trust me, you'd definitely notice a difference (at least most of us would).
