Our service went off yesterday morning but the bill was paid in the afternoon. When service was restored the tvs would not come. Solution. The only thing to do in this regard is to get the customer service to verify the address and resend the authorizations. The Customer service should at the same time, check for any Blackouts and FCC Viewing restrictions in your area.
