Heides Spear works well. Heide sword/spear/lance will serve you well, make sure they are lightning infused. Spear and lance are probably better since the range is quite useful in this fight. If you have it, the defender greatsword is also a good choice. Get the sunlight blade miracle and use any weapon you want.
