The screen constantly goes black and freezes, I can’t control any settings (climate, seat heat, etc). The dealer gives the same answer that you were given - “Ram is aware”. Another method I read about is to press and hold the Volume and Tuner until the radio reboots. This also did not work. Another method is to go into the Apps menu, scroll down to Reset System and press that. However, I think that resets everything on the 8.4 system and not the radio only.Make sure you subscription is current. If it is have Sirrus ping the radio. If that chekcs out then you will need to test the antenna. Only a dealer has the test tool though unfortunately.
